IR HAJI YUSOFF BIN DAUD
Chairman / Director
Ir Haji Yusoff bin Daud graduated from the University of Brighton with a Bachelor of Science (Honour) Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1968. He joined National Electricity Board (LLN), Kota Bharu immediately after his graduation, and in 1970 he was posted to Kedah as Assistant Engineer Consumers. In 1974 he was promoted to District Engineer where he was responsible for the planning and implementation of electricity supply for Northern Kedah and the State of Perlis. |
In 1977 he became the Senior District Manager in Kuala Terengganu where he was responsible for the overall management and operations of electricity supply in the State of Terengganu. From 1979 to 1980, he was attached to Petronas in the Special Projects Department as its Deputy Head responsible for the planning of the Peninsular Gas Utilization Project.
In 1981, he was appointed a Director of Zaidun-Leeng Sdn Bhd and was subsequently made the Managing Director in 1994, a position which he continues to hold until today. He has over 32 years of management and professional experience in the consulting engineering industry. Zaidun-Leeng Sdn Bhd specializes in the planning and design of infrastructure projects including mechanical, electrical and structural engineering services for buildings.
Ir Haji Yusoff bin Daud was appointed to the Board of Directors on 12 May 2000 and currently the Chairman of the company.

DATO’ IR HAJI AZMI BIN MAT NOR
Director
Dato’ Ir Azmi Bin Mat Nor graduated from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in 1983 and a Master of Science degree in Highway Engineering from the same University in 1995.
He was Resident Engineer for Public Works Department (JKR), Pahang from 1983 to 1984 and Resident Engineer of JKR, Selangor from 1984 to 1986. |
As the Resident Engineer, he was responsible for supervising the construction of army complex, civil work and air force building. He was promoted to Maintenance Engineer for JKR Selangor in1986 where he was responsible for the management of maintenance work for the army complex.
In 1987, he was posted to the JKR Kuala Lumpur (Road Branch) as a Design Engineer responsible for road design and the management and coordination of consultation work.
He was promoted to Acting Senior Assistant Director in 1995. He left in 1997 to join Gamuda Berhad as a Manager, Design and Technical.
On May 12, 2000, he was made a Director for SPRINT. He is also a director and shareholder of Gamuda Berhad. In additions, his directorships in other public companies are in Kesas Holdings Berhad and Syarikat Pengeluar Air Selangor Holdings Berhad.

DATO’ NG KEE LEEN
Director
Dato' Ng Kee Leen is presently a director of SPRINT. He has extensive working experience in tender, budget control, finance and implementation of infrastructure projects.
Dato' Ng Kee Leen was appointed to the Board of Directors on 19 Nov 1997. He is also a director and shareholder of Gamuda Berhad, a major shareholder of the Company. In addition to Gamuda Berhad, Dato' Ng Kee Leen is also a director of Kesas Holdings Berhad. |

WONG YIEN KIM (ARTHUR WONG)
Director
Mr Wong Yien Kim was made a Director of SPRINT on March 1, 2001. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Institute of Accountants in England and Wales.

Apart from his position in SPRINT, he is currently the Vice President Finance KDEB, a position held since 2000. In 1983, Mr Wong joined Kumpulan Peransang Selangor Selangor Berhad (KPS) as an Accountant and had been the Chief Accountant for several KPS’ subsidiaries.
He is also a Director for Hua Joo Seng Enterprise Berhad, a public listed company and several subsidiaries of KDEB and KPS.
